How long does implementation take?

This will depend on the complexity of your network and optional configurations. iOrder’s simplest form is a portal-only design and can take as little as 60 days to implement. This configuration utilizes iPro-hosted servers, no HL7 interfaces, and no additional integrations.

Is iOrder secure?

iOrder and iPro are fully HIPAA compliant. iOrder and iPro use the highest security standards to ensure data and application safety.

Does iOrder require clean data?

One of the most frequent barriers to operational workflow is dirty data. The development team at iPro has created a proprietary module that applies sophisticated logic to weed through dirty data, producing clean & accurate ambulatory orders.

Is disaster recovery included?

Data hosted in iPro servers come with off-site backups as well as disaster recovery. This type of configuration offers a seamless recovery and means little to no downtime for your facility or order workflow.

How does iOrder assist with the upcoming PAMA compliance deadline?

iOrder has a Functional Medical Necessity feature to provide a validation step to avoid rising write-offs in Lab, Radiology, Surgery, and other departments. iOrder also has an integrated Clinical Decision Support Mechanism, through CareSelect, to meet the January 2021 CMS deadline.
