Denny Phillips brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare technology and enterprise resource planning to his role as President of iPro Healthcare. iPro Healthcare provides technology innovations to improve communication between hospitals and referring physicians. iOrder, iPro Healthcare’s flagship product, enables inter-enterprise collaboration for ultimate patient-centric care. Since 1998, iPro has helped healthcare providers manage costs, increase productivity, and drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Director of Software Services, Partner
Ronnie Sutton draws on 28 years of experience in his work to help provider organizations correct operational workflow inefficiencies. As the Director of Software Services at iPro Healthcare, Ronnie has been instrumental in the development of iOrder, a unique ambulatory order management solution which qualifies orders for medical necessity and acts as a communication conduit for the entire ordering process. Ronnie’s goal is to educate healthcare professionals on ways to improve workflow to provide proper care, an optimal patient experience, and savings for providers.
VP of Business Development and Director of HR, Partner
Jeff DeSchon brings over 30 years of hands-on sales, operations, supply chain, strategic marketing and human resource knowledge and experience.
Recently adding Business Development responsibilities and drawing on his diverse skillsets, Jeff will focus on expansion of iPro strategic relationships and increasing product line visibility to the healthcare industry. We’ll build relationships with large health systems, expanding our availability and reach by working with both State and group level purchasing organizations, as well as partnering with industry experts and healthcare consulting firms.
Vice President of Sales
Joseph Safrit graduated in 1998 from Appalachian State University with a degree in chemistry and a minor in biology. Prior to joining iPro, Mr. Safrit served as an engineering manager for an analytical laboratory before entering sales, eventually becoming global sales manager for a wholesale distribution company. He became sales manager of for iPro’s healthcare division in 2011 and Vice President of Sales in 2015. He resides in Kings Mountain, N.C. with Angelia, his wife of 24 years. The couple has two children, Joey and Erika.
Customer Service Manager
Chris Willey serves iPro as the Customer Service Manager. In this position, he directs the duties and responsibilities of the Support desk, Escalation services, Product roll out, and internal System Administration. Chris served his country in the US Army for 10 years and graduated from Georgia Northwestern Technical College with two degrees in programming and networking prior to joining iPro in 2007. When Chris is not working on iPro projects, he spends his time volunteering with his congregation and assisting his wife with the family farm.
Leani Drapiza is Marketing Manager for iPro and holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee – Chattanooga. She has been a healthcare marketer since 2010. Leani is an avid photographer and aerial videographer. She is an active member of the 107IST, supporter group for the Portland Timbers. Leani also enjoys photographing night sky phenomena with the Rose City Astronomers.
Professional Services Manager
Phillip Beavers is a Western Governors University graduate with a B.S. in Information Technology. Phillip has been with iPro for 8 years and started his tenure with the company as an Applications Training Consultant. Prior to working with iPro Phillip worked with a sub contracting company for the Department of Defense as a part of an implementations team. Phillip became the Professional Services Manager in 2016 and continues to work to improve the solution implementations for iPro.
Liz Dennis is Controller for iPro and holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining iPro, Liz spent many years in the flooring industry in various accounting roles. Liz brought a wealth of accounting knowledge to iPro when she joined the team in January 2022. In Liz’s spare time she enjoys UGA football, playing golf, and going to rock music concerts.
